Two Teens Wounded in Halloween Shooting on UWS

A 17 year old and a 19 year old both sustained gunshot wounds at 220 W. 71st St. One was rushed by EMS to a hospital while a more seriously hit victim was taken by private vehicle to a different hospital.

A Halloween shooting on the Upper West Side on Halloween left two teens wounded and police are still trying to track down details.

Shortly after responding to a 911 call on Halloween evening around 6:30 p.m, police found a 17-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his right foot outside 220 W. 71st. St. He was rushed by EMS to New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Cops said he was listed in stable condition

Upon further investigation, cops discovered a victim in more serious staits--a 19 year-old with gunshot wounds to his should and arm. He was transported by private vehicle to Roosevelt Hospital/Mount Sinai West.

There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
