Man dies in e-bicycle crash in Henry Hudson Parkway bike lane

A man died Tuesday, February 21st, in an e-bicycle accident on the Henry Hudson Parkway.
The deceased was identified as Jacobo Villano Pardo, 32, of West Harlem.
Police say Villano Pardo was riding his e-bicycle in the bike lane of the parkway near West 94th Street when he collided with a park bench. Villano Pardo suffered trauma to the head and was pronounced deceased at St. Luke’s Hospital-Mount Sinai Morningside.
