UWS SCHOOL EMPLOYEE PLEADS GUILTY TO FRAUD

A former custodian at an Upper West Side high school pled guilty for defrauding the city of more than $100,000.
District Attorney Cyrus Vance announced Philip Portelli, a 33-year-old former custodian at Edward A. Reynolds West Side High School, pled guilty to running a “no-show job scheme.” Read more
