Stick Up in Riverside

Two people were robbed at gunpoint in Riverside Park Aug. 30. A 21-year-old Brooklyn resident from Romania was sitting with his co-worker, a 21-year-old woman from Great Neck, Long Island, in the park around West 66th Street at 12:10 a.m. Four men, they told police, surrounded them and one displayed a fire arm. “Don’t move. Give us everything you have, cell phones, money, jewelry,” one of the muggers said, according to police. They took $700 cash stored in an envelope, clothes and jewelry, including a $200 gold ring. The four muggers fled south.
