A 36-year-old Hell’s Kitchen woman reported to police Sept. 1 that she had her laptop stolen while standing on the street. She said that on Aug. 11, while standing on the northwest corner of West 65th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, a man ran up behind her and stole the laptop from her hands.
