STABBED ON THE STREET

A male straphanger was stabbed after an encounter with a man near Broadway and West 72nd Street on April 24 at 12:55 a.m. Police said the attacker bumped into the victim twice as he exited the train. The two started arguing. The attacker then allegedly punched the man’s girlfriend in the face and fled. The man chased after the perp and the two started fighting. Cops said the perp then pulled a silver-colored knife, cut the victim above the right eye and stabbed him in the lower back. The perp fled the scene.
