		<description>Yep I got a CPAP, and the &quot;mask&quot; looks like a tiny snorkel mouthpiece, but instead it fits into the nostrils.  It works quite well for me, you might want to see if you can use this type of device.  

As to the surgeries, my doctor outlined the 4 surgeries, 2 were not to bad but only 50%.  The other two were evil and worked 100%.  One drill a hole in your windpipe, block the hole during the day and open it at night.  The other break your jaw, wire it up for 6 to 8 weeks, with a 25% chance of incurable infection where you might have to replace your jaw.

Really, the CPAP that I am using seems fine to me and my wife (she has to put with the noise).  You may need to ask for Lunesta or similar till you are used to the hose and mask.  Make sure your device has a humidifier built in.</description>
